Ingredients:
- 300g flour
- 125g melted butter
- 140g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of yeast
- Half a glass of milk
- 12 pineapple slices
For caramel:
- 300g sugar
Directions
mix sugar and eggs
add flour, butter, and yeast dissolved in milk
on the side, heat the 300g of sugar until caramelized
pour the caramel in the ramekins
place the sliced pineapple on top
pour the batter
bake for 20min at 350F
Once ready, flip the ramekins on a plate. Let it cool and serve with fresh mint leaves.
