Ingredients
- 1 lt. water
- pinch of rock salt
- 300g corn flour >> see more here
Directions
1. Boil 1 liter of water with a pinch of rock salt
2. Add 300 gr. of corn flour making it descend like a rain into the pot of water to prevent any lumps from forming
3. Stir with a kitchen whisk until a soft but dense consistency is obtained
4. Switch your whisk with a wooden spoon and keep stirring slowly every 2 or 3 minutes for about 30-35 minutes
Depending on the density you prefer, add more flour or more water.
5. Then pour the hot cream on to a wooden cutting board to serve
